I am pleased and excited to announce that starting in February I will be teaching Kundalini Yoga classes, Reiki sessions and Reiki training at Chain Fitness. New Year's Resolutions
We have now said goodbye to the transitional year of 2009. For some it was a difficult year and for some the transition brought a good deal of prosperity and abundance. Many of us set resolutions to become our ideal self. Let us spend a few moments to reflect back to those goals and ask ourselves, how am I building a foundation to make those goals possible? Year after year we hear our friends say that they have trouble with keeping New Year's resolutions. It is easy once we've broken our goal to let our Negative Mind claim our thinking, so we don't start again. In 2010 lets continually start again when we break a goal. One of my favorite quotes from Yogi Bhajan is "Keep up and you will be kept up"! It is our commitment to continuing no matter what that will bring about our success! It is commitment that gives us strength to reaching our goals, even when we feel completely broken and beat down by life. Start again!
As we transition into 2010, a year of creativity, nurturing and emotion we are also in Mercury Retrograde. So basically it's a good time to reflect and try new ways of consciously communicating from our heart center. However, with all the creativity and emotion this year brings, it may also bring more transition for some. Do not be afraid! I see many new developments happening with careers. With the creative energies of this being a 3 year, now is the time to ANNOUNCE LOUDLY to the universe that ___________ is what I love doing and I am going to make a great living do it! Live in the Positive Mind and that everything will be coming your way 10 fold! If you let it, this year will surprise you!
Some of the ways that you can increase your health, prosperity and creativity is to practice Kundalini Yoga. "The Power of Kundalini Yoga lies in the actual experience. It goes right into your heart and extends your consciousness so you may have a wider horizon of grace and of knowing the truth. Ultimately you come to understand your existence in relationship to the universe and understand you already are, and this brings you to the practical experience of Infinity. You can then radiate creativity and Infinity in all aspects of your daily life." ~Yogi Bhajan
